The performance "Home Visit: Brasil em casa" involves small groups gathering together at private homes, experiencing cultural exchanges with strangers in improvised situations. Set around a living room table, audiences play a game in a conversational atmosphere where they talk about the ever-changing ideas of what defines our country - focusing on issues that include cultural identity, values, and borders.
Brasil em Casa is based on "House visit Europe", which has been played in over 400 households in Europe, Russia, Egypt and the USA since 2015.
Voting results and group pictures from all of the home visits will be collected at www.homevisiteurope.org. The results can them be compared online as part of an ever growing archive.
