In January 2016, Adolf Hitler’s inflammatory writing “My Struggle” entered the public domain. The critical edition released by the Institute for Contemporary History (Institute für Zeitgeschichte) has been on the Spiegel bestseller list since the beginning of the year, and this June the Leipzig publishing house Schelm announced plans to release a new edition without annotations. High time to ask: What is the “My Struggle” legend all about? What does it even say in there? And what dangers does this 90 year-old text hold?
With the cast of the theatre production of the same name, Helgard Haug and Daniel Wetzel take to the radio studio to find answers to these questions.
