Since 2017, the Bertolt Brecht Guest Professorship of the City of Leipzig has been promoting the sustainable transfer between science and artistic practice in teaching at the university and in public discourse in the city of Leipzig.
This summer semester, Stefan Kaegi is the Bertolt Brecht Guest Professor at the University of Leipzig. As a director, curator and member of the internationally renowned production collective Rimini Protokoll (with Helgard Haug and Daniel Wetzel), he is one of the world's most innovative and renowned representatives of post-dramatic theater forms and has been awarded numerous prizes and honors.
