She has finished school in Athens, but when she turned 18, she went to Mytilini, Lesvos, to study at the Aegean University Anthropology and later to London to get her Master in Education and Human Rights.
A few years back the Service Civil International organised a "work camp" with fugitives in Lavrio, where she worked as a coordinator. She became more socially active ever since and started working at the Greek Refugee Council.
Occasionally she reads ancient drama. Medea is her favourite play and character: "She was misunderstood".
From the Prometheus Bound play she identifies strongly with Prometheus: "I've got my own ethic code as well, which sometimes comes to a conflict with laws and rules".
