Sofia Plati works in a bank and is always making efforts to follow an alternative way of life, either through education or through unconventional healing methods. Therefore she is also believes in the power of independence, because she feels that there is a lot of opression around us. She says “you should have the right to express yourself without any cost”.
As a mother, she is very good at doing many things at the same time. For example, she can have her breakfast while preparing her daughter’s lunch for school, making espresso and baking the bread.
