ON THE NIGHT OF THE PERFORMANCE SHE WILL DRIVE WITH HER FAMILY TO THE SUBWAY STATION DOUKISSIS PLAKENTIAS, GET ON THE BLUE LINE TO SYNTAGMA AND FROM THERE ON THE RED LINE TO AKROPOLI. THEN THEY WILL WALK THE REST OF THE DISTANCE UPHILL TO THE HERODEION.
Letta studied Chemistry at the University of Athens, made her Master in Biochemistry in Brighton, England, but never finished her PhD in Biotechnology: "I felt that Ι didn't move on career wise and that Ι didn't had the stomach to survive in a greek environment. Then life happened. I prioritized my wedding and got absorbed by the education of my two sons. I consider myself a good scientist, but I don't have the courage anymore to start all over again".
Whenever she can she translates and edits texts, helps her husband in his mapping company, but "my kids are still my 24-hour activity".
She is not a constant ancient drama reader, but states Antigone as her favourite play and character.
From the Aeschylus - play she identifies with Prometheus : "Every sacrifice has its cost. And in a way i also sacrificed something in my life. My career".
